FSL delivered fire-rated kitchen extract ductwork on Ground Floor and Level 11 at Google’s KGX1, Kings Cross. Working with PhoenixME, the installation met EN121 standards with 60-minute fire protection, fully integrated with the building’s existing extract system.

Overview
Installation of the new retail kitchen extract ductwork on both Ground floor and Level 11 to be connected to the buildings existing Kitchen Extract risers and extended to the new commercial kitchen hood locations.
FSL worked closely with PME on this project to ensure the new ductwork met the current specifications and that the works were co-ordinated correctly ad allowing sufficient space for future maintenance
FSL are progressing well on this project and are hitting all require milestones as we head through towards completion were praised by the client throughout the contract for expediating ductwork through the factory.
